By accessing or using beerpuppeteer.com (the "Site"), joining our waitlist, or otherwise interacting with Beer Puppeteer, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Beer Puppeteer

Beer Puppeteer is a patented party crane (U.S. Patent No. 11,974,655) designed in the USA. The Site currently exists to share product information, collect waitlist signups, and gather feedback ahead of launch. The product is not yet available for purchase.

2. Waitlist and Founder Discount

• Joining the waitlist or claiming the founder offer signs you up to receive a confirmation email and a unique promotional code sent directly to your email address.
• The promotional code grants 20% off a single purchase once Beer Puppeteer launches, subject to availability and any reasonable limits we set.
• The code is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• We reserve the right to change, suspend, or end the offer at any time before redemption.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Submit false information, spam, or abusive content through any form.
